Question Studs not long enough for lug nuts?

I purchased a used 2005 G35 coupe and they came with 20" Zenetti rims. I'm not sure of the exact measurements, but the studs are too short for the lug nuts to catch. I'm a noob when it comes to this stuff - so bear with me.

I would be rotating these rims with the OEMs for the fall/winter seasons. So here is my dilemma- I'm aware you can get extended studs, however, when I switch to the OEMs I'm gonna have these studs sticking out really far (which I don't know too much about - what are your opinions? and how much would this cost?)

Are there any other options as far as getting the lug nuts to catch without getting extended studs?

Jersey must have a few tire/wheel shops!

Chances are if you'd go to a tire/wheel shop they should have wheel lugs that are deeper. This way you won't need to change the studs...Gary

Thanks for that information.. If I can remember I think the lug nuts are only catching one, maybe two threads.. if that. Are there extended lugs that go deep enough for the wheel to be secure?

A LOT of aftermarket wheels require "Tuner" style lug nuts. You can grab them for $30 at your local auto parts store. 12x1.25
