size matters
i am planning on putting some gt-7 on my g35. I wanted to know if i put 19 in. with some 2-65 size tires on the back and some 18 in with some 2-45 size tires on the front. Does anyone think that this is a good combo.

Gump, not being a smart azz here, are you from the U.S.A.? Just curious bro?

Nah.... hes not man....
how'd you guess man? .... the accent?
Gump.....
if you stick with the 18s (if you have them) they are a 8 inch wide rim... the largest you can or more so SHOULD would be a 265 not 2-65 inch tire, so the tire will not bevel out from the rim ... if anything you want it to bevel in ...as to not have the tire shift around during hard cornering.
generally a 265 40 series(height) 18 should be good and a 245 45 18 for the front (put the back on the front ... and just buy 2 back tires (265 40s)
if you want
personally ... if your gonna spend the money ... you may as well get some larger rims and tires ... which need proper fitament.
You may wanna go to a local tire wheel company who can explain the issues technically in laymans terms to you and possibly show you the tire differences etc.
I know this is what the board is for .. but to see them may be a big help... it helped me.
take care ..... FoHHresst
