Recommended Tire Size for 2004 Sedan

I'm now changing my mind on the 20's and thinking of going 19's.

What's the recommended tire size? I'd prefer to not have a staggered set up so I can rotate them.

I'm gonna order Giovanna Genoa's chrome in 19's with Toyo Proxy tires. Just don't know what dimension tires to get. I'm NOT planning on lowering the car.

you mean proxes, right? if so, which line? i went with the proxes 4, and love them. i went with a 235/45 all around. i lowered mine with h-techs, so the wheel gap isn't hideous. but if you don't lower, you may want to stick with a 240/45. without going to toyo.com, i'm not sure if they make that size. hope this helps.

I have 19x8.5 and I'm running 245/40/19 S-03's. I love the look and the ride is good. You may have a rougher ride with a 35 series tire.

dudes i'm sorry, i work with high-tech communications equipment all day, i got the sizes backwards, i run 245/35's. i should have checked my sig. they run ok, not too rough, not to 'floaty'. they really show their response in corners.
skeleton cru has got the right size, especially if you do not want to lower your g. 245/40 looks nice.

Well, I ordered up my rims/tires today!

Ended up going with Giovanna Genoa in 20"s.

Toyo T1-S tires.

Tire Size 245/35/20.

Total cost was $2699 shipped, balanced, with lugs.

Does that seem legit? My concern is the tire size, whether I should have gotten 245/40/20 instead??? B/c I am NOT lowering the car.
