Let me know how this works out for you. My Volks will be here Wednesday and I still have not decided on tires.

I have been told that the best setup is 245 35 19 front and 275 35 19 rear. None of them said that this size would be stretched.

Are the stock wheels stretched?

I bought my tires separately. Ordering tires next week. The guy is nervous because the wheels are reverse mount and the face of the wheel has to touch the machine. They are going to lay down towels and put rubber inserts over the metal clamps. Got my fingers crossed.

Anyone have any advice on installing the tires that I can share with him?

No the stock wheels are not streched...but those 245/275 on 9.5 and 10.5 volks will be streched...the back is okay looking..in my opinion...the 245 in front is way too small...and i don't like the stretched look as much in front....but the 275 and 245 stagger set up on 9.5 and 10.5 rims is hot.....bzabodyn...has one size bigger 285/255 and he has no rubbing issues...i fear to go bigger..and tight already the way it is in the rear...so close LOL.....

BY THE WAY...i also have the mich PS-2..great tires.....
