Fender Rolling

I found a set of 9.5 & 10.5" wheels and was wondering if the front fenders would need to be rolled? I'm lowered, so I know the rear fenders will need it, but I haven't heard anyone mention the fronts.

Also, what have you guys paid, and where did you go?

I believe the front will be fine. Just remove the rear tires/rims, mask, trim about 3/8" from lip and transition in (blend). The metal lip is thick and wide. Look under there to see how large the lip is and how it tranitions. Touch-up the bare metal and re-install the wheels/tire. Not rocket science.
