For those using the Falken Ziex 512s...

What do you think of the treadlife? I've had mine for 14,500 miles and I doubt I have another 5K left. I got 31K out of the RS-As and was hoping for about the same on these... but I guess not.

I will probably need to replace these in 2-3 months, and I'm considering Kumhos ECSTA HK11 as my next set, other options in the sub-$125 range. I like 225/55/17s since my preference is comfort rather than performance... but I do like a sporty profile and aggressive tread design.

I see mention of Avons and Yokohamas... any feedback or recommendations? I would appreciate hearing from fellow members.

Kumhos are awfully good bang for the buck. Some people don't like them, but I never had a problem with them in the past.
