Rubbing problems with 20s?
Rubbing problems with 20s?
I am getting ready to throw some 20s on my car, but I want to make sure I don't run into any rubbing problems. I am thinking about 8.5s or 9s in front and 9.5s or 10s in back. I like when the wheels are pushed out flush with the fenders, which I think means I will be looking for an offset in the low 20s. (I don't really like the "sunk in" wheel look.) I don't have a drop on the car now and am not planning on it in the future.
Am I asking for problems with these sizes and offsets or will I be allright? Anybody with this setup or similar, please give me some advice.

When you push out the wheel flush to the fender, it exaggerates the wheel gap
you have...so if you don't plan on lowering your car, you should use higher
offset +30-35 range on your coupe (if non-brembo).
You're better off lowering the car about 1.2"-1.5" when you run 19's and
20's.
