I got the following response back from Luke at the Tirerack when I asked them about the 18x9.0/18x10.0 setup:

"The 9.0 / 10.0 combo your listed will work fine but, we have found that an
8.5 / 10.0 combo is a really good set up for your car because it lessens the
tendency to tramline"

I have no idea of what tramline means.

Tramlining is the tendency for your car to follow irregualrities and dips and crowning in the road. This effect is especially noticeable with wider front tires and wheels.
