Are lugs suppose to be in volk box ?
Does volk ship out the lugs in each box, or do they put the lugs all in one box?

As far as I know, Volks don't come w/ lugs unless you special order them.

im talking about the gt-c wheels lugs,. They are a special ttype of lug that only the gt-c can use, and if they're not in the box, IM fawked.

lug nuts are usually shipped in a different box. You should call your retailer and ask him where they are. Hopefully it was included in the price and you don't have to pay extra.

yeah, that's what i asked before. I didn't get any. so as far as i know...nope. why would the gt-c have different lugnuts from other wheels? is it really a special wheel??

Probably just needs a tuner style lug nut

I don't know of any aftermarket wheel manufacturer that would offer a wheel requiring special lug nuts. Get a set of McGard Spline Drive lug nuts or Muteki lug nuts.
