350z s-techs w/ tokico d spec shocks

i got the word that my 19 inch dpe wheels are on the way. i don't have enough money for a set of coilovers, so i think i'm going to go with this setup. what do you guys think about it? i'm aiming for a moderate drop with a ride similar to stock. thanks a lot guys.

I think that's a decent setup. the lowering might be to a point where you'll need
rear camber rods.

Also might want to consider Hotchikis springs for coupe and D-Specs.

I visited the Tein website for the info. Heres the info for both Tein S & H Techs for both the G35 Coupe and 350z.

S-Techs
1.2 (f) 0.9 (r) for G35 Coupe

0.7 (f) 0.6 (r) for 350z

H-Techs
0.6 (f) 0.3 (r) for G35 Coupe

0.3 (f) 0.2 (r) for 350z

My question is: How come every one who purchases the 350z springs always get the H-Techs. It seem the H-Techs really would be a waste of money only because the drop is no more than 0.3

I would assume the 350z S-Techs or the G35 H-Techs would be a better choice. Do anybody has the S-Techs for the Z on their G. I would love to see that drop.

I have the 350Z S-tech and D-spec combo on 18s. I will try to get some pics soon. I got about a 1" drop due to the extra weight of the G. I did have to get control and camber arms to get my alignment back into spec.

0.3 (f) 0.2 (r) for 350z add 0.5" when you install onto the coupes.

result: 0.8" (f) 0.7" (r) drop.

imho, it is still not enough. if you're going to DROP a car, drop it
at least 1"
