Talking Stillen Sways, What settings for the coupe?

I'm about to install my Stillen Sways, I drive 50% freeway 50% twisties. Anybody got any recomendations or what are you guys running as far as the settings on your coupes. I'm pretty sure I'll go all the way but some feedback would be helpful, I wouldn't want to rupture a kidney or any thing. Thanks for any feedback.

Why would you rupture your kidney from swaybars? unless you flipped your car or
something.
