I spoke with a Discount sells person and they advised because the Symbolic Manufacturer was not in their inner circle they where nervous in using them. Guy told me that on their intranet, they have them down as bad customer service. My question is should I be so concerned with this? They have the rim I'm looking for at the right price. Thanks!
