what is better cross drilled or slotted rotors? or the combination of the two? where can i get cheap rotors?
2nd question brake pads what are good out there since my are begining to sqeak a little bit and dont want to risk running into the metal on metal grinding.

Try doing some searches for past threads / debates about cross drilled vs. slotted, and for brake pad recommendations.

But essentially, cross drilled rotors can develop heat induced stress cracks if you run them hard enough. So for track use, go with slotted rotors.

As for brake pads... Hawk HPS and EBC Greenstuff are also pads that people have used around here with good results. I've used the EBC Greenstuff in the past and that certainly cut down on the amount of brake dust vs. the stock pads. With my BBK kit, I'm now using Hawk HPS pads from my fronts. So far [I have very little use on them], they seem to be fine.
