Difference between '05 6MT and AT suspension

I've spent time searching, but can't seem to find the difference between the two suspension setups. I have an 05 6MT, and wonder what's different with my my suspension versus an 05 AT with base susepension. Can anyone shed some light?

Springs that are 10% stiffer and stiffer shocks. According to Infiniti all sedan's received sway bar enhancement's for 05. The base suspension is known as a non sport suspension

G35 sedan with sport suspension (standard on 6MT's)
314/342

G35 sedan with non sport suspension
283/308

Same ride height? 10% isn't much of a difference, just another marketing tool I guess.

No, it is not just a marketing tool. Along with the 10% stiffer springs, the shocks are also valved tighter as well. If you were to drive a sport suspended and a non-sport suspended sedan back to back you would be able to tell the difference.

Well the addtional thing to say is that the non sport's shocks are under dampned even with the softer rates. While the sport shocks aren't as good as they could be, they don't really suffer the same.

The oem spring rates come from me, not from Infiniti. Since I got my car I've sought out oem springs to test and get rate data on for the community as a whole.

Agreed. Although the sport shocks aren't as bad they are still under dampned IMO from a performance perspective.
