Just installed the Z suspension myself - checked and double checked everything. Now when I start moving the car slowly and making a slight turn of the wheel, I hear/feel a small pop coming from the front suspension. Also happens when I go in reverse.

Everything else is fine, just this small annoying problem. Anyone got a suggestion? Thanks in advance.

 

Did you torque down all the nuts and bolts to factory spec? You might want to double check on those.

 

Carefully place a cresent wrench behind your sway bar end links that bolt to the lower suspension and tighten them. I had a noise that I finally cured doing this. Now the only thing I hear is the front upper rubber spring seats at speeds less then 3mph as the car comes to a stop and even that I can barely hear, oh windo's down too.
