You turn off VDC when you autox anyways, so isn't really a problem. Wasn't for me when I did my 1st autox event last weekend...

I love the 10.5" in the rear...massive....and with 275 tires and the right offset no modification needs to be done with the fender

are you running 30 or 35 profile? i have a 275/30/20's on a 10.5in rim and they seem a little narrow for that wheel.

Iam thinking about ordering some Iforged Evo wheels. I want 19x10.5 rear , 19x9 front. I really dont want to get into changing the brake system and one time I had the rear fenders rolled it wasnt exactly a "perfect job" which I dont want to risk on a 40k car. Can I go 285/30 rear with 10.5 without rolling and without stoptechs or is it going to create a big problem? if so what size would be the proper solution to go with? 275/30's on 10" rear? Sorry if im posting something that has been reviewed over and over but I read alot of mixed answers just looking for a simple straight foward one. Thanks

10.5 here with 275/35 with no rubbing. I plan to go 285 once this set wears out.

This is kinda a stupid question, but can I go with 275/35 or 30 tires with 9.5" rears.

^ yes, you can. 275/35 is flush with the edges. you may want to go with the 35 series on a 9.5" because of the overall diam. 275/35 doesn't look over buldging either.

after more and more reading - I am leaning towards 255/35 and 285/35 on 19x9.5/10.5 volks.
