Tien H-Techs on Sport Suspension Coupes - No difference?

Will there be any noticeable difference in drop with the H-Tech springs on a G35 Coupe with Sport Suspension (i.e., OEM 19" Wheels)?

Thanks.

I have them on my G with 20s and I'm very happy with them. The ride is not too stiff and the drop is just right for me.

I have the H-tech, the difference is that the springs got rid of the floaty feeling. Bought my 05 in jan by the end of the month i dropped my car and it's been fine. Even my parents like the drop and feel of the car now.

That depends on if a .8/.7" drop is what your looking for. But going lower then that does move you into camber and toe correction costs.

I thought the H-Techs drop was 0.6/0.3 on the coupe? I would like to do this drop as well, but are there the typical alignment issues with these like everyone seems to be having with the other set-ups?

Your right, don't know why I thought the question was regarding 350Z H-techs on a coupe, opps Which brings me to say, I would not run them on the 05 coupe suspension because of how much softer the rear springs are vs oem. If they were at least as stiff as the regular coupe suspension's rear springs, I wouldn't care (342lbs)

Tein H-tech G35 coupe & sedan(fronts are progressive, rears are linear)
Spring rates in lbs 324/260 (final rates only, softer intial front progressive rate unknown)
Stiffer/softer then oem springs 2005 coupe with oem 19's by F+ 5% R-39%
Transfers +44% roll stiffness to front

I agree with your statement here. So, do you know what the rates are for the H-Techs on on the Z?

Sure do

Tein H-tech 350z linear springs .3”/.2” drop on 350Z G35 drop will be greater
Spring rates in LBS 358/375
Stiffer/softer then oem springs on 2005 coupe with 19's by F+14% R-12%
Transfers +26% roll stiffness to front

...Gsedan35, I've read a ton of your posts and value your opinion greatly, and I'm looking to lower my '05 coupe w/OEM 19s. I'd like a moderate drop of ~.75-1" all around and am trying to avoid the camber issues, etc. I thought I'd found the ideal candidates in the Tein H-Techs for the 350z but now I'm thinking these won't work because of the softer rear springs as you mention (or were you referring to the H-Techs for the G?). In your opinion, are the Z versions "acceptable" with their rear spring rate of 375? That's still less than the OEM 427 which translates to a transfer +26% roll stiffness to front as you mention above. What does that roll stiffness translate to in terms of handling performance? Is there an aftermarket spring solution that you would recommend for my particular application - like maybe the RSR for Z? Sorry if these are stupid questions, I'm a newb when it comes to this stuff.
