19" iForged Senekas on Sedan -- Pics Attached
After 8.5 weeks of waiting and almost as long of me being indecisive and going back and forth between various brands, styles, sizes, etc., my rims are finally on my '05 sedan!
Rims are 19" staggered iForged Seneka's, black centers with polished lips. 8.5" in the front and 9.5" in the back. (Not sure what the offsets are since I just left it up to iForged to determine them.)
Tires are Toyo T1-R, 245/40/19 in the front and 275/35/19 in the back. Also put on aftermarket lug nuts...McGard spline drive with wheel locks. The car is not dropped -- I don't plan on dropping it...the gaps look smaller in person than they appear in the pics.
Also, for anyone on the Westside looking for Toyos, I was able to find them at STI Motorsports in Culver City, on La Cienega & Washington -- got 'em in a day! They also did the installation and were able to transfer my tire sensors over to the new rims by custom-making little "L" brackets out of aluminum. The only downside to this is that they couldn't use the supplied valve stems that extend to the outer surface of the wheel centers...it'll be kind of a pain to get to the valve and there's a hole where the valve stem used to come out, but oh well. I think I can live with that.
Ride quality is a tad firmer but not at all stiff or uncomfortable. I can definitely notice a huge difference in grip, and the weight of the bigger rims is evident when slowing down (I'm sure it's going to wear down my brakes faster). The quality of the rims are awesome and I've been compliments from lots of people.
Anyways, here's the pics...sorry for the poor picture quality...my camera's old and I'm a horrible photographer.

I was actually a little surprised at how small the lips were when I first got them...I was expecting the lips to be bigger since I'd heard about their new "maximum lip technology", but I think part of it was also 'cuz I asked to make them fit a BBK (just in case I decide to add 'em later).
But, I'm still happy with 'em.

Actually, my car is tinted. It's really subtle though (I didn't want it too dark). I've got Huper Optik ceramic tint, with 60% on the 2 front windows and 40% in the back...made a huge difference in heat reduction w/o making the windows too dark.
