I noticed in the Stillen catalogue that they have a camber kit for the 350z. I presume this would fit a G35; coupe or sedan. Has anyone tried one? All you folks with lowerd G's should be thinking about this!

Can you get me more details? I'm interested. The alignment shop told me there is no factory camber adjustment in the front of the G35 Sedan.

 

To say it, simply for the sake of saying it. If a part for the suspension (except strut tower bars) exist's for the Z, it'll work on the G. So the next time you run into a dead end, search what is offered for the Z.. Frankly, I never look for G parts, I troll the Z forum's and look for Z parts only.

Ok, their's one other catch on the above, that would be lowering springs (NOT COILOVERS, but springs only). Any Z lowering spring will lower a G more, buyer beware.

Supposedly Spring makes one. I'm checking it out with a company called suspensionmax (www.suspensionmax.com).

Hmm.. I was at the suspentionshop last week (have another post RE this in the sedan general forums about my tire and camber named "can i drive like this??") ... Anwyays.. the factory said they dont have a front camber adjustment but my camber was wayyyyyyyyoff... anyways.. I have a pair of falkens on right now just until i get a camber kit.....

are all camber kits the same?? is there any diference in quality?

 

There was no picture in the Stillen catalogue for the camber adjusters for the 350Z, but they showed the ones for the Q45. They are a replacement for what I believe is the upper suspension link, and had a neat rack and pinion adjuster on the side, the setting of which could be locked in with four bolts on the top. Our friends with lowered cars NEED these things!

It wasn't Stillen. Maybe Sprint will have one. They have another manufacture make them for them. But Actually The BEST Suspension set up for the G is the HKS LS Hiper Max Coil Over. It comes withe the Upper Pillow ball mount So It has a BUILT IN camber adjuster.
