cool temp. performance tire

At high temps. the stock ps1's stick like glue but I've noticed at cooler temps. (below 60F) they lose traction much easier. I tend to drive harder at lower temps. because the car performs better. Is there a tire that performs better at lower temps.(dry weather)?

Look for a high performance all season tire instead of a summer tire. In addition to snow/mud, these type of tires can deal with a wider range of temperatures.

I had some Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 tires on my sedan for awhile, excellent performance tire, but yes.. when it dipped below 60, I had to be careful for the first few miles, and definately leave the VDC system on.

If the "ps1" is the Michelin Pilot Sport, you might try seeing if the "Pilot Sport A/S" comes in your size.
