I want either 17 or 18 with larger width and smaller side wall than the stock Turanze EL42

I live in vancouver so I will check the price here later. As for the wheels I am going to get them in HK which is way cheaper than here. Its a total rip off to get aftermarket parts in North America.

I just wanna know which size of tires and which size of wheels should I get and the offset. Does any size of tire fit on wheels with the same radius or does every different size of tire need to have a specific wheel size?
