Staggered Lip Fitment Offset help

Ok i am gettin 19 inch rims... i have the choice of 19X8 in the front and 19X9 in the rear... Now the offsets are +35 and +40 which would give me the biggest lip in the rear without it sticking out.... Its dropped on tein basic springs

Seems eventhough this is the tire wheel area none of the experts really bite. Here is a wheel offset calculator it may help you figure it out.

offset and width of a wheel alone will not determine the lip width.


you need to check with the manufacturer or ask for pictures.

what type of wheels are they? are they both bbk clearance spec? There are some various questions that determine lip size.
