I agree with David the wheel you are looking at buying is trendy which is why I stuck with Milanos you can pick up some Axis wheels used on eBay within your budget that is what I did but I also got tires and shipping to hawaii included for 1400. My 19" cast wheels weigh 25lbs

You'll want to get as close to the stock tire height as possible. You can use this wheel/tire calculator to figure out the best sizes.

Just plug in your stock tire size and what you plan on running. The calculator will do the work for you.

PS - I don't agree with Dave and perry about the black with polished lip wheels. Some of the best looking black sedans are running similar wheels and they look fantastic. It's not a new look either. Do you remember the Buick Grand Nationals with the black BBS style mesh wheels back in the 80's???

A 245/35/19 and 275/30/19 will be slightly smaller than stock (about 1%), and a 245/40/19 and 275/35/19 will be slightly larger than stock.

You could probably sqeeze a 255 on the front, and maybe a 285 on the rear. If you go up to these sizes, go with the lower profile tires.

Cru's offsets are great, you could go down to +35 on the 8.5" front. On the rear you would not want to go lower than +45.

Yeah I remember the GN , GNX, some 20th Annv. Trans Am turbos, and Trans Am GTAs. It does look pretty good on those cars, but they're racy coupes. It's probably just me, but I prefer make my sedans emmulate the clean style of BMW and the like.

Of course you can find 19" and even 20" wheels for about $1000. But do you really wanna go that route? 19" Work VS-XX for $1000...good luck, you might be able to get 2-3 wheels if your lucky.

Show us some links or distributors for these Cast wheels (not Axis or RH Evo) to help out G35_TX.

What's a good price for forged 3-piece 20" wheels (not backwelded) + tires?

HRE forges in house, and they charge an arm and a leg.
