The reviews are very similar (with the Avon's edging it just a little bit). The avon's are 148 a pop and Conti Extreme's are 161, not a big price difference but big weight difference. The Avon's at that size are 31 lbs and the Conti's are 26 lbs.

AbcDang, you have the Conti's 245/45/18? on your stock 05 sports rims?

no,
i have the contis on my maxima, 225/55/16. It was a world of difference compared to the toyo proxes that came with it. The treadwear on them is excellent.
on my G, i plan on going 245/45/18, but am still running the stock size
