Hey, thanks for posting my pictures! They are not the greatest shots but it was an impromptu picture taking session.

In case anyone's wondering....the setup is 245/35/19 (f) and 285/35/19 (r). The tires are Continental SportContact 2. I got them from Tirerack about a month ago. The delivered price was ~$3400.00 (with overnight shipping from Indiana..ouch!).

Nice rims bro. Tires are nice I have those as well. I like the tread that's why I got them. They look sick from behind.

Very nice! These were my second choice of wheels in the event I didn't get the IForged's. Congrats!

Thanks all for the compliments. I like the Continentals as well. They seem exceptional for the cheaper price.

Now, I'm debating if I should go with the Eibachs and lower the car a bit. The rear wheel gaps do not bother me as much as the fronts. Funny thing is, from a moderate-far distance, the car looks like it's sitting perfectly. But close up, the gap (especially at the front) is a bit annoying.

hows' the ride feel? Do you feel like your sitting a couple inches higher? and any notice in a loss of power?

Re: Pix of member MyG35Coupe NICE RIMZ

OvaYahead,

I have not noticed an increase in the height of the car. Maybe it has, but I have not noticed it when I reach over the roof during car washes. It seems the same as before when I had the stock 18"s.

As for the ride, it is definitely a bit stiffer. This is mostly noticeable on bad pavement. On normal roads, it feels great. What I have noticed is more tire noise. But I am not surprised considering the wider footprints. Overall, I like the firm, sporty feel with the 19"s.

As for loss of power, I cannot feel any difference in the "seat of pants" impression. Who knows, instrumented testing may show decrease in power. But for my type of driving, the power is just fine.

Overall, I love the look of these wheels and how they make the car look. It is classy but sporty as well. I love the 3" dish of the rears as well as the polished rim sections. These photos do not do justice to the rims and the car. The only other thing I am considering is going with Eibachs and lowering the car a bit...but at the same time, the current height is not too bad.

thanks for all the info Mike. I'm just going around collecting info and advice. Everyones been a great help.

I bet the pictures do not give justice, but what I see from the pix, the setup looks really nice.
