Scraping something on freeway

I realize I've posted regarding my rubbing issues, but this doesn't seem related. My sedan is lowered with Eibach's on 20" ADR Sterlings (I don't know the offset). When I hit big dips on the freeway, it sounds as if the tires are coming in contact with the plastic fenderwells.

I wonder if trimming the plastic would cure the problem.

It seems to me that this problem has nothing to do with the offset of the wheels, as I'm going in a straight line., and contacting tire to top of plastic fenderwell.

Has anyone else with 20"s, and lowered have this problem?

Re: Scraping something on freeway

Have you changed your oil lately? This may sound stupid, but the first time I had my oil changed, the shop didn't screw down the plastic underneath the engine at all the original holes. Everytime I hit 60.. the plastic would catch some air and scrape on the ground. You should check it out also. If the scraping sound is only at higher speeds, I think you should take a look under your car too. Hope this helps.
