Im getting a set of le37t's with 19" 9.5 up front and 10.5 in the rear what would be the difference with a +12 or a +22 up front (looking wise) Sorry im new to the offset thing..lol and will both clear the brembo brakes and not rub (lowered or not lowered)

Brembo clearance is not so much offset but design of the wheel itself. You need to make sure the wheel is designed for HI disk which gives extra room for the caliper. The drawback is you lose lip size as you gain more caliper clearance. As for offset, a +12 will stick out 10mm more than your +22. Depending on your tire size, they may or may not rub with +12. I would stay with the more conservative +22 offset myself.

 

i have +19 up front and no rubbing at all, + you will probably have some rubbing issues with +12

 

i had rubbing with +22 in the rear. part of this is luck, and what tire you run.

 

^ what he said. go with the +22 front/rear. if you run the +12 you'll have to super stretch (drift style) your tires. say, a 225/35 / 225/30 on the 9.5.
