Does anyone think this when buying Rims?

Okay so i want to buy some Rims, i really want the 19 inch MAYA RT5's
but everyone wants 4-5 grand for the complete set,, i dont mind paying that much since these rims make me drool...
but if i decide to sell the car 3-5 years down the road, will i be able to fit them on my next car thats my biggest concern? i know you can selll them but selling used rims is like a 60% + drop on what you paid, what do you all plan to do with your Rims? after your lease or if you ever sell your ride?

sell them sperately or just simply sell them with the car and include the price in the resale of the car.
you gotta do homework if you want to put them on your next car.

no matter how much you like em now.. you WONT like em in 3 years from now. Think about it, you sell a car cuz your sick of it.. your telling me you are gonna want the same wheels you had on a previous car.. i dont think so.

Plus most likely the wheels won't fit as most cars out there use higher offsets than G does. I was really surprised to find out that G coupes use such low offsets as normally older cars use such offsets.

on my previous cars, i used to get new rims every time the tires went bald. I think i really started doing this cause i hated the scuff marks on my rims every time i would get new tires installed, but i also was pretty bored of my rims by the time tires went bald...

Of course new rims and tires for my previous cars were only $7-800, but point is: you will likely get bored. at least thats been my experience.

You can get this for around $2500 for the set.

Check it out if he still have some left. Some posted that if you're going to get the RT5 you have to get the 20's else its going to look small.

That's just part of buying wheels...you know you're gonna take a loss on them...but they look damn good while you have them.

you can also get the wheels refilled and redrilled to fit according to your future car. as for offset, you can also shave the backpad of the wheel down to make it a higher offset, since our g's use low offset wheels. just some info, i thought u might make use of. let me know if u have any questions.

why would you want the same wheels that long? just put your stock rims back on to trade it in, sell the aftermarket wheels separately, then get new wheels for your new car.

i will probably sell my SSR's when i sell the car...unless i decide to get
another car that can use the same set (like a 350Z or something).

i buy wheels to match my car and color so i wouldn't want the wheels
to be my deciding factor of my next car.
