Nitto NT NeoGen tires any good?
Nitto NT NeoGen tires any good?
Anyone have any reviews or experience with the Nitto NT NeoGen ZR tires? They are priced nicely I just want to make sure they handle the wet and dry conditions well.

I had the same problem as AthenG. They didn't carry the rear size I needed so I went with Toyo. I did hear they are coming out with more sizes soon, so I may not have that problem again. My brother has them on his AMG and he likes them alot. He said they handle good in all conditions and they do not wear down as fast.
He has already had a couple sets of tires. First on his 430 coupe and now on his AMG. He told me that they last for him between 25k to 30k, and he has a heavy foot. Believe me when I say heavy...

I've got these on my RSX type S (18x8.5 all around and 225/40 18's) and I can say that my car handles on rails...I drive to Santa Cruz from San Jose all the time to play beach Vball (and those of you in Norcal know this is a fun twisty hilly drive) and the tires have served me well......And i'm happy to say i'll be picking up my 06 g35 coupe 6mt, liquid platinum in about two weeks(needed more horses under the hood!!!!)
Do they really help prevent camber/toe wear on the inside edge of the tire like they claim, or is the marketing bs. It would be a good choice for people lowered without camber kits if that was the case
All I know is if these things will give me good wet and dry traction and last for 30k I am sold. I got 16k on the stock goodyear RSA's and they are shot. I also do not have a heavy foot all so this is rather frustrating.

Just wanted to bump this thread a bit....
I'm in the market for a new set of tires and it seems like these Nitto NeoGen's are a good choice. The price is very reasonable, and an added bonus is that they are NOT directional. That means you can simply rotate the tires left to right to eliminate any type of camber wear.
Why is this not a popular choice here? Anyone else with experience with these?

Ooops... I stand corrected.
It seems that the tires have a specific inner and outer side. I guess this means you can't rotate them AT ALL, even if you dismount them and swap sides. If you're gonna commit, you better have a good alignment set up from the get-go.
