Tire questions... help a confused gal out!

The more I learn, the more confused I get.... so, can you guys help me out? I have been web surfing the forum for the last 5 hours, so very confusing so I thought I better ask the experts before I buy.

I need to replace my rear tires coz they wouldn't pass state inspection since it only has 1/32" left. My front tires still have 7/32" left. They are the stock Bridgestone tires for the 05 coupe, 19" rims.

So, I looked around, and found a really good deal on Toyo tires, and Toyo T1R seem to be the hot ones to get for the car, affordable and yet good performance. So, that's what I want to replace the balding stock ones with.

Here are my questions:

1) This is what I would like to get: 245/35/19 for the front and 275/35/19 Toyo Proxes T1R tires for the back. Will this setting fit on the stock 19" rims?
Not planning on lowering the car or changing out rims.

2) Should I replace all 4 tires now, or can I just replace the back ones with the 275/35/19 set up? Or if I need to go with a 245/40, just like the stock tires if I want to keep the front tires (which is 225/40) for now?

3) How long would 7/32" of thread left on the front will last? How many more miles?

My front tires still have a little bit of life left, and I'd be happy to keep using them till they're bald so I won't have to spend soooo much on tires right now, sigh. Have to pay off taxes...

Opinions, and suggestions?

Thanks! Lynn

IMO, (and the tire manufacturer's) the 275's are too wide for the stock 8.5" rim. You would be better off with 245/35/19s in the front and 255/35/19s or maybe even 265/30/19s in the back. There has been much written about fitting 275s in the back - Look Here:

Many Opinions.
