What offset to use

For those of you that have upgraded to 19" rims...What offset are you using in the front?

I am thinking of getting STERN ST1 FACE III Beast. Their offsets say 19*8.5 38 offset (front) and 19*9.5 35 offset (rear) They say that it fits fine without sticking out. Any idea if it will??
