looks like water stain...from hard water.

try waxing it while using abrasive wax like Meguiar's CleanerWax.

Its funny you say that because my wheels were washed with a power washer. Do you think this would cause that? And whats the abrasive wax?

There is a very good product for this, NeverDull. It come in a small can and it looks like cotton wadding. It is impregnated with a very light polish. Works wonders on most any metal. You can find it at most grocery stores. I did hear of a great product the other day on "Trucks" on "Power Block" TV. I don't remember what it was called, but you wash your clean rims, then apply a de-greaser, then rub in this clear liquid. They said it would protect polished aluminum for up to a year.

Edit:
I found the episode, but not the product, so you might look for it.

It looks like either tire shine or maybe you ran through some oil.

Did you clean the wheels right after you drove the car? Almost looks like you washed the wheels while they were hot.

A few suggestions:

As with any polish cleaner etc, ALWAYS test a small discreet area first

If they are not clearcoated, some mothers aluminum polish should do the trick (use this only on the bare aluminum, not the paint)

On painted surface, like others have said, try a cleaner wax. For some over the counter stuff, mothers/meguires etc make CLEANER WAXES. This should do the trick

If the above doesn't work, I have the number to a wheel polisher on LI that does great work!!!

wait did you use a power washer from those DIY coin-op car washes?

I'm thinking the previous person in the bay might have been using degreaser, and you didn't let all of it flush out before spraying your car.

I can't comment on iForged's customer service, but I can say that I've never had any problems with my wheels. We've got the same exact wheels and the same exact finish. I do all my washing by myself, never with detailers, and my wheels don't have spots like that. I hope that they're waterspots and you can get them out after rewashing...good luck.

No. When I got my car wash he power washed the wheels. A detailer did so. Not myself.

Do you think that polishing them out will do the job. Anyway, if you can please give me the # I would appreciate it. Either way they might know what to do to fix it up.

The water must of had a chemical in it. I would never use a power washer on my expensive wheels. Just zaino car wash and water.

I have high polished iforged and I don't have any problems with the company itself. I know they have had their problems in the begining but they worked it all out. Good luck to you on this. Read their website on how to clean the wheels.

Ok, so what do you think I should do about it now? Also, do you think a professional wheel place might be able to do the job?
