actually, rolling is more likely to crack and chip the clear coat. Get them cut, just make sure you have the edges buffed and sealed, that way you wont worry about "shredding a tire" or anything rusting. I did mine a couple weeks ago, cost me $40.

cheaper and safer to cut fenders...VERY hard to notice

i have had mine for about 2-3 months and i have been driving in some pretty harsh rain and i have no signs of rusting at all. i don't get why people would want to roll a fender when you can easily cut it and be done with it...

Exactly. Even if they don't heat the fender, there is still a very good chance of cracking, chipping or damaging the paint unless they are very good. The guy at the Ferrari shop was really good but my friend was still sweating bullets watching this guy heat up his fender before rolling it.
