1/8 Mile Drag Racing Results *370Z*GT0*Mustang GT*

The 370Z was toying with me. The 370Z smoked the crap out of me on the first run with his perfect reaction time.

Long story short, I got ROMPED by a 335i on slicks and the modded 370Z. Video pending.

are you spinning on the 1-2 shift and you bogged on the last run. Look at your rpms when you launch they dropped almost 1k rpm. Did you try to launch at 2500 on that run?

what were your times?

I see that you go there alot. I used to go every friday when I lived in SD. Are you going to try and go bakersfield (famoso) next friday? I think there is a thread for it in the socal forum.

Closer than Sac.

I want to go to Famoso, but I have to work that day. If you look in my videos, I go to Sacramento Raceway once in a while.

This track is very slick. Plus I still have to replace my front differential bushings.

Wheel hop has prevented me from getting decent E.T.'s. At Sacramento Raceway, I trap at 104/105 before the Osiris with 2.1 60ft. It's the wheel hop at the 1-2 shift that kills my E.T.'s.

Nice runs. I'm assuming the 335i was tuned? Any idea how much power is was putting down?

I have no idea. Thing was on slicks. If it had it's stock rims on, it would look like every other 335i out there.

It must have been tuned. I've ran against a stock 335i in the 1/4 mile when all I had was an exhaust-testpipes-spacer-intake and the results were A LOT closer than that

I guess it was tuned. it pulled 1.8 60ft with an 8.0 E.T.

my first ever launch with the 335 yielded 2.0 60ft time with bone stock runflats and 800 miles on the car. In 1/8th mile 335 will be faster than lots of cars out there especially with slicks.

8.0 w/ a 1.8 on slicks really isn't all that spectacular if it was tuned. My slow poke NA car pulls 8.40 with only a 1.9.

for that track I mean parking lot it is. I've run there before it's very slick. The best I could do there when I was turbo was 8.4.

I ran that N/A at cecil.

I was talking about the 335i on slicks......w/ bolt-on/ tune those things make 400whp and 430wtq pretty easily. I was snooping around online and it seems there a fair share running in the mid 7's in the 1/8th........probably not in a parking lot though. My PB is actually an 8.36 at Capital with a 1.855 60'.
