getting a bad vibration and rear end shake can feel it real bad but its not all the time, sometimes it feels like a flat tire any suggestions? and vdc and slip lights always on the dash and sometimes when they are not the car will just stop like im slamming on the breaks what can be the issues here?

 

Start with a visual inspection under the car supported on jackstands or a lift. Pull/pry and see if anything is obviously broken.
