Question Chirping/Squeaking noise when driving forward

I have this noise that is coming from the front of the car (think so) when I drive forward. I tried to go in reverse and there isn't any noise. There is no noise when the car is stopped, even when I press the gas pedal. I noticed that it makes it after it warmed up a little. It's also not a constant noise, it can go away for a few seconds and then come back.
From what I noticed it's coming somewhere from either tranny or clutch because when I shift to 6th gear the sound gets worse. If I shift to 5th it can go away, but it's random.
It's also bad on 2nd and 4th (the bottom three on the shifter).
I recently did a Seafoam in the engine, and it started in the evening the same day. I don't know if this has anything to do with it...
I also don't think this is a belt, because it would probably make a constant noise even when the car is stopped.
Any ideas anyone? Thanks in advance!

Here is a video, you can hear it at 0:30.

Noises are a bitch to locate and the only way to find them is to get your G on a rack and look for worn suspension parts. I recently replaced my control arms that were making noise, the bushing literally fell out when unbolted with only 40K miles on them....Gary

I don't think this is a suspension issue though. Because it changes noise when I shift gears.
I don't know how the transmission works exactly but could this be something with a clutch/clutch disk? Probably not the gears themselves because I guess they would grind rather than squeak.

If you think the noise is your clutch there are areas in the pedal linkage that can be lubricated. Normally the throwout bearing makes a chatter noise, never heard one squeak so you can forget that one. Never hurts to drop in at Nissan, they charge 30% less for service than Infiniti stealerships....Gary

My observations:

Directly related to throttle input

Guesses:

Throwout bearing?

So I went to my mechanic, and he has now clue...
What I noticed today is that it makes this noise only when the car is warm and only when the shifter is moved to the left. I don't even have to put it in gear, just move it in neutral to the left and it would start making the noise. Once the car is stopped there is no noise... I am clueless... I'll post some more videos later.

I think it's something in the tranny... Could transmission oil change help? Although I did one about 10k ago...

Sounds like the throw out bearing...if your due to change out your clutch soon I would do it all together....

If your lucky you can check under the car and it might be the heat insulation rubbing on the drive shaft...sometimes it comes loose after a number of years... You can just bend it back... I would check that first since its free

Hopeful

Did you ever find out what the problem was? We just had it show up on our 68 Plymouth Fury III. The car is quite loud making it too hard to hear where the chirping is coming from.

Thanks,
Sad convertible owner. Fall is our season.
