No, had you done a SEARCH using Plasti-Dip you would have discovered it isn't hard enough to survive on wheels. Even quality paint won't last on wheels for very long, powder coating is the best way to change the color of your wheels!

i did the infamous "GO SEARCH"..

just trying to make a quick change on my wheels which are banged up already. not trying to keep them long term

Wrong. I used to paint wheels all the time. But I used automotive quality paints, not rattle cans. It ended up being as durable as the oem paints.

Powder coating is definately harder and more durable than normal paint. But normal paint is plenty durable if done right.

+1 it about prep and the quality of material used. i spent a few hours of prep and then used bodyshop spray paint. Held up very well
