I wish that was the answer !
...I'm sure that it's much more complicated than that.

i was wondering, what if i used a piece of 2x4 to make something similar? Would it hold up strong enough? What are the dimensions of your block?

I would be a little "concerned" if you used a piece of wood. Especially where the pinch-weld goes into the groove ! This would be the place where the wood may split !!

awww. sucks. i would love a set of those aluminum blocks.. You should really consider pitching it so that you can get it mass produced.

Here's a suggestion: do some research by visiting a nissan and infiniti lot. Take your blocks with you. If they fit the z, maxima, m, or anything else, then you've got a pretty large market.

man having aftermarket sideskirts is a pain! I cant find a way to jack up the front. I tried going up on 2x4's.. not high enough for jack. I thought about getting ramps, but bumper is too low. I'm going to try to go up on 2 stacked 2x4's and see if that works. If not, im gonna have to jack up the rear, use jack stands, and work my way to the front. PAIN! Just to change front rims! AH!

You should try looking up these low profile ramps. I have them and they work really well.
