ive only been into 19's..guess i need to research diff. offsets in diff. size wheels to see how they would sit..these are cheap

are these available..any idea if these clear factory brembos on a coupe? also im bad with offsets and have no idea how these would sit on my car, 04 coupe lowered on eibach sportlines, anyone have an idea with this offset and sizes?
