im sure they are i dont have tpms but you can get aftermarket adapters to fit in there, thats what my boy has on his with no problems.

any pics from behind the car? I wanna get an idea what the stance looks like with the 11" wide wheels in the rear. Also curious about the "flushness."

Yes the TPMS will fit in to them and i belive they fit right into the valve stem slot. My wheel and Tire shop in staled them when I bought mine. they sugested a "rebuild" kit or something for them I think its like 20 bucks for all for or something.
