VOLK GTM's- GUNMETAL $1,700 OBO!

Okay guys, as I explained in the other thread these wheels are brand new....the problem is that they were damaged in shipping. I'm in the process of processing a claim through fedex. If they do NOT settle with me, I'll be forced to selll them and take a big loss. Again, these are new for around $2500-2600. Re-finishing costs between $80-$100/wheel depending on your area. The damage is basically a few nicks here and there on the wheels. The following pictures are what I sent to Fedex. It's hard to tell which wheels they are, I'll take some better ones and label them as "Wheel 1" "wheel 2, etc..etc... To be honest, the nicks arent that noticable from a distance. You could probably live with these, if not...refinish them.

Price "as is" $1,700 SHIPPED OR BEST OFFER. These will not be sold until I hear from Fedex. Hopefully they review my case this week and we finalize the ruling. They first said "no damage noticed" yeah right!!!

WHEELS ONLY, tires NOT included.

Edit: Zizes are:

Front: 19.9.5 +23 offset
Rear: 19.10.5 +21 offset

This is a great deal for some rare volks!

^ No problem. I'm in no hurry to sell. I will dump these if the price is right. I assume it will be at least another week if/and when they will be actually available. I'll call Fedex today to get an update.

I'm going to take much better pics in the next few days and label each wheel so it's clear where the nicks are located.

To those who have been PMing me, I still don't have any updates from Fedex. Once I get their "final ruling" then I will know if I can sell these....

Update: Fedex just let me know that it would be okay to remove the tires off the wheels... I guess things are kinda moving. heh. I'll try to unmount this weekend or next week and post more pics of just the wheels.

These wheels are clearly not new. some of that damage is curb rash.

Doesn't mean its a necessary a bad deal though.

Dude, STFU. These were brand new wheels and NEVER driven on. Don't make any assumptions since you don't know me and you don't know the wheels. Matter of fact, when the original buyer received the wheels with the damage, I refunded him 100% including his shipping. Don't insult me or my credibility. Genesis Racing AND Injected Performance can validate AND verify these wheels were new and undamaged. In fact, they were shipped and packaged from GRD.

btw, if anyone wants to call GRD, you can go ahead. This is how things went: Wheels were shipped to my house from Injected, I dropped them off to GRD and they had the tires for me. They mounted the tires/wheels at a local tire shop. Next, we put the tires on car and noticed that my 285's were too wide by 5mm on the 350z (the Z's fender is not as wide as the G35). GRD then immediatly stored the wheels/tires in their showroom until the day I shipped and sold them to a guy in NJ. Wheels never saw the road except for when we rolled them into the showroom from their garage. heh

Yah I guess the postman dropped your tire and then dragged it to make the groves on your last picture. And it is just a coincedence that it happens to be at the angle it would be if it hit the curb. Whatever dude. I didnt say it was a bad deal but you should at least be upfront.
