The modules will only void your warranty on the part of the car the module is attached to.
This means, that if you lose the ability to raise the windows through your drivers side key cylinder Infiniti might not fix it for free. Please keep in mind that this module hooks in to the factory BCM. NOT the power window system. There are NO high current outputs on this module, everything is low current, signal level connections. The module works by sending a signal to the BCM to request that the windows be raised. If the BCM approves the request IT raises the windows using all stock relays/controls. The KPtech module does NOT directly drive the windows. In 3 years we've never been notified of a denied window motor/regulator issue on any Nissan/Infiniti vehicle because of the addition of this module. If someone does run in to this situation KPtechnologies is willing and capable of talking directly with your service department to explain why this module does not effect the operation of the power window system. Finally, all inputs/outputs are current limited and we've never had a single report of any damage to ANY car that has resulted from the installation/use of any KPtech product.
As far as the traction control module it ties in to the VDC/ABS computer on the same line as the 'VDC Off' switch. So, if for some reason your switch quit working they might void your warranty, but again, to date, that has never happened.
Any other questiosn let me know, I personally designed and coded both of these modules so I know a thing or two about them.
