FS: JWT S2 cams

Well with the upgrade from the 530bb kit to the 850bb kit in the Time Attack car we are going to be switching to a more aggressive (custom made and fitted) camshaft from Jim Wolf so the good 'ol S2s will be sold. They are coming out of the motor next week and will be ready for pick up at Relentless Autosports in San Diego, or for shipping.

Specs are...
256 DEG DUR. / .430"(10.92MM) LIFT, INT. ADVANCED 2 DEGREES.

The cams probably have 3-4k miles on them and have had no problems with the motor at all during the time it has been built so they should still be in perfect condition.

Retail from Jim Wolf is $1,198. My price is only $550 now + shipping.

You can get a hold of either me Scott at Relentless (WA2GOOD),
scott@relentlessautosports.com

or Mike (Sincity350Z),
mike@doubledown350z.com

John, these cams are not for a rev-up motor (which you have)

We are going to put S7's in your car. Whenever you are ready to bring it in.

no problem...free bump...that is an awesome deal.

also, what kind of gains would be seen in an N/A motor? My buddy has a 5AT and is interested in these cams as well as headers.

I would think that one should expect 5-15 HP gain with these cams in an NA motor (givven a few variables)

Do these cams make favorable power with boost? I know that you had them on your car (which is turboed), but with my mild Vortech setup is it worth it?

How much power gain (rwhp) can be expected out of these over the parts I have now? I'm having my car tuned (UTEC) this weekend and cams are the next step (not included in my sig that i have now are DC headers, Crawford Cats, UR Pulley, TBS, & UTEC).

I'm expecting 250-260rwhp like everyone else here on the board with similar mods and am wondering how much these cams would add to that?

Thanks!

Yes, these cams would be a great fit and I would definately recomend them for Vortech users. Cams are my favorite upgrade with the Vortech.
