I ordered this 2-3 months ago, and just got it in today from Japan. It is an awesome shift ****, nice and heavy. It gets great reviews and is pretty rare, pics of the **** can be seen here in this thread:

I test fitted it on my car to see how it looked, other than that, it is new. It also comes with a shift pattern sticker.
