Selling my NEW Stillen Front Tower Strut Bar for the G35 Sedan, 03-06 only. [see here: http://www.stillen.com/product.asp?i...del=G35%204DR] Sells new for $219 w/out shipping.

Only thing I did with it was try to fit the mounting brackets on. Comes in original box with instructions and 1 "stillen" decal.

Im selling for $200 picked up (cash only), or $210 shipped in US only (paypal)

I'm selling this because Stillen's R&D said it would clear the 5/8 Skunk2 Spacer, but it WILL NOT. It sits right on top of the plenum with no clearance. I didnt even have to bolt it down to see it wont fit! FYI- will not fit with stock engine cover, but will clear z-tube and 5/16 motordyne spacer. 3

Im in process of trying to return to Stillen BUT if I get a buyer first, I will sell.

What size is it?

All i know for sure is that it will clear the 5/16 spacer, according to Stillen.com, but not the 5/8 from personal view.

Does the engine cover still fit over? Doubt it.

Regardless,explain the benefits of this mod to a nube.(at modding,had the g a while).

NOPE, you cannot have the engine cover on.

Benefits: Rigidity of chassis, stiffness on turns (a very big + with the sedan), higher level of handling and braking while giving your engine bay an added touch of style.

Why wont it fit a coupe? Stillen should take your return, good luck.

Try washers underneath the mounting points, I know most strut bars on the 350z come with washers. My AAM plenum spacer (mostly made for a Z) came with washers just for the stock strut bar.
