are they 400 cell/300 cell??? brand new run for about $600+. did you ever put them on??

 

ok well the story is that my gf got on this site and bought these for me along with the hks but i decided to not put them on my car...there obviously used and my gf told me he said hes had them on his car for around 5 months...i dont know his username on here and my gf doesnt remember his username either....ill try to find out but i beleive these are 400 cell ones....i think 300 plus shipping is a fair asking price?...thanks guys
