Guessing that your friends' ride was in an accident, do you know if he has the cover for the license plate bulb. They're frosty clear covers (2) that's attached to the bumper by a clip.

 

No car wasn't in accident just needs to clear up room in his garage. These are all the parts he has for sale right now.
