do these directly bolt on the original studs. I got some TSW thruxtons 19s and my rears are 9.5 and the front are 8.0. i know thats a weak offset but it was a deal you just could not pass up. will these help at all and how much?

Yes, these are meant to go over your existing studs as the replacement studs are mounted on the spacers (those are actual pictures of the spacers).
As for them working with your TSWs...it all depends on the clearance you have on the back hub face. The OEM studs will barely stick out so there needs to be some clearance on the back hub face of the wheel.....like in the pick below of the OEM rear hub face.
