hey bro...i just installed my neo on my 35 took me about 3 hours but over all it was easy... its all about cutting into your ECU...and the wire harness...trust me i have done this on my scion xb and i just did it to my 35...and as far as the tuning i would sugest that you take it into a tuning shop before you blow your motor up...but as long as you install and dont mess with the air ratio settings you will be fine.... get at me if you need help...sorry if i dont get back to you asap im busy with work and all that other stuff in life...

our ECU does change the tune made by this AFC, search on my350z and it is well documented. After about 2 weeks the stock ECU takes back over and changes...

yeah thats what i was saying this thing is always needing to be tuned as it will lose what is tuned after driving a little while which would be a major problem on FI vehicles but you could prolly use this thing on a n/a vehicle and gain a little from it as long as you are capable of tuning yourself and are monitoring air fuel all the time...(i personally wouldn't trust it compared to what is out now but it is cheap so someone with na like i said could pick it up and get a little use out of it)
