fs brand new project mu 6/4 bbk!

i just got these in but i think i want the teal color. so im puting up my brand new bbk! 0 miles just came from ups!

specs 6 piston front
355mm 2 piece scr pro slotted rotor
project mu bforce pads
project mu ss lines


4 piston rear
345mm 2 piece scr pro slotted rotor
promject mu bforce pads
project mu ss lines


selling for $6000
these have red caliper option +$300
scr pro upgraded rotors

im taking a couple hundred dollar hit but i want the perfect color.

Not trying to cause any problems, but I'm REALLY curious, why do BBKs cost so much?

I'd love to get something larger for my wife's celica for instances, but $2k for larger rotors and pistons? I'd be better off buying her a car with better equipped standard brakes.

i want gold or teal lol. i want nother color. but if no one bites i will keep them no biggy to me this is just a stepping stone till i get the brembo monoblock $11k bbks lol .

The OP can probably give you a better answer but I believe these are aimed for autocross, etc. in other words people that need to brake extremely hard repeatedly and not have any fade in performance, etc. It's not something that the average driver will ever need or push to its performance limit, and the price tag for them definitely makes that clear.

Still, if I had $6k laying around I'd love to have these on my ride.

my stock breakes are **** on the track. I either need the Stock Brembos or Akebonos that are not as grabby. but wouldnt mind these (gve me your old ones

why not just have the calipers podwercoated and keep em? shouldn't cost that much.

yeah if these dont sell by the time my cars out the shop for paint and s/c imma us tkeep it.
